Maynards Wine Gums were first introduced in 1909 by the Maynard family.
These retro sweets are a chewy, firm, fruit flavoured sweet similar to a pastille but without the sugar coating.
Each sweet has a wine name on it including: Sherry, Port, Champagne, Burgundy, Gin and Claret, but they contain no wine at all.
|Ingredients||Glucose Syrup (contains Sulphites), Sugar, Starch, Gelatine (Bovine), Water, Acids (Malic, Acetic), Colours (Anthocyanins, Vegetable Carbon, Paprika Extract, Lutein), Flavourings, Vegetable Oils (Coconut, Palm Kernel, Sunflower in varying proportions), Glazing Agent (Carnauba wax), Concentrated Vegetable Extracts (Spinach, Stinging Nettle, Tumeric). May contain wheat.|
