Delivery Information & Postage Charges 

Please ensure you enter the correct delivery address as parcels which are returned to us as undeliverable e.g. delivery address was incorrect, failure to collect the parcel from local Post Office etc, will incur a re-despatch fee and a return to sender fee of $11. The Return to Sender charge is a handling fee charged by Australia Post on all returned parcels.  Original postage charges are non-refundable. 

Click & Collect / Pick-up from Warehouse: 

Orders can be collected from our location at Kennards Storage in Waterloo for $0.00.  Just tick the Pick-Up from Store box on the Checkout Page and postage will change to zero. 

Please note, there is NO ACCESS to the warehouse and Orders to be picked up are processed and then left at Kennards Reception Desk (866 Bourke Street, Waterloo NSW 2017).  Once ready for collection, we will email and confirm with location, hours of business etc.  Kennards Storage is open 7 days a week and pick-ups (once ready) can be collected at any time during their business hours (Monday to Friday, 7.30am-6pm, Saturday, 7.30am-5pm, Sunday, 10am-4pm).

Australian Orders: 
For shipping and handling within Australia, we use Australia Post (eParcel, Regular and Express Post Satchels).   

Orders are usually processed within 1-2 business days of receipt and delivery is Monday to Friday, during normal business hours.  During warmer months, orders containing chocolate may be held until Monday for despatch to avoid being held in warehouses over the weekend.  Please advise if your order is urgently required.

Once despatched, deliveries should be received within 1-4 business days in major cities and 4-7 business days for most other country deliveries.   Please allow a little extra time for busy periods such as Christmas and Easter. 

An email notification will be sent once a parcel has been despatched and tracking is available on Australia Post's website (

All parcels must be signed for at the time of delivery.  If you prefer to have your parcel left in a secure and safe place, we can add “Authority to Leave” instructions for Australia Post.  Please enter your instructions in the ‘Special Instructions’ Box which appears on the Checkout Page.  Australia Post may also contact you prior to shipping to ask for instructions regarding the delivery. Please check your Spam or Junk Folder to ensure no correspondence ends up there.

If no-one is available to sign for the parcel, an Australia Post card will be left advising where the parcel can be collected and the times available for collection.  Please note, Australia Post will only hold parcels for a short period of time before returning to us as an 'unclaimed parcel'.  Resending the parcel will incur a re-despatch fee and Australia Post has recently added a return to sender fee (currently $11.50 per parcel).

In the unlikely event that a problem has occurred with the delivery, or the contents of the parcel, please contact us within 2 business days of receipt so that we can resolve the matter asap.  Our contact phone number is 1300 793 910 or email:  [email protected].

Postage Charges:
As the postage is based on the weight of the order, the final postage charges are not calculated until the Checkout Page however you can also 'view' the Shopping Cart, where there is an option to enter your postcode and get the freight costs based on what's in the cart at that time.

As a guideline for shipping, the following standard postage charges will apply:

  0-3kgs   - $13.50 - (Small to Medium sized parcels)
  3-5kgs   - $16.50
  5-10kgs - $19.50
10-20kgs - $26.50

  0-3kgs   - $13.50

For parcels going to Regional areas, the price for shipping may be significantly higher than the prices quoted above, so we reserve the right to review pricing prior to despatch.

For orders 20kgs or above, we will contact you with a quote for shipping.  

Express Post Charges:
Should you require Express Post shipping, please add a note in the ‘Special Instructions/Hamper Message’ Box on the Checkout Page and we will contact you with a quote for this service.

International Orders: 
We do not currently provide an overseas orders service however we are happy to provide a quote if required.  Please email us at [email protected].

Out of Stock Items:   
Please note if you order a product which is Out of Stock, the order will be held pending the arrival of the missing item or we will contact you regarding a substitute product. 

We are unable to ship backorders so if you do not wish the order held, please advise in the ‘Special Instructions’ box which appears on the Checkout Page or email us.
